George Koplinka's collection of Rotary Commemoratives

The photos here are examples taken from the stamp collection. George was careful in handling his stamps, AND he was super well organized. He not only build his collection, he clipped articles about countries that issued Rotary stamps. He subscribed to a number of phatelic journals and dealer price sheets.

For example, here is an album he almost filled:


The first page from this album is the 1931 Austria set, the first country to issue a commemorative Rotary stamp. George not only collected all the stamps (multiple times) but he saved references about its value.
