April 4, 2017: Paul and Barbara Schwarz in Cartagena ColombiaPaul and Barbara visited a Rotary Club in Cartagena -- how friendly and hospitable! The club meeting was held in the home of Jaime Correa Velez, club president (whose wife happens to be an American, BTW).Paul reports that the hospitality was fabulous, and he was completely impressed with so many things about the country and especially the caring Rotarians!
